This session offers a practical, coach-centered approach to improving enrollment conversations without scripts, pressure, or traditional “sales” tactics. High-Ticket Sales Mentor and sales expert Chris Kenney reveals how to turn authentic coaching skills into natural enrollment strengths through a five-step framework that emphasizes curiosity, active listening, and connection. 

Participants will explore simple mindset shifts that remove the discomfort around selling, learn surprising data on when people are most likely to say yes, and walk away with a clear, repeatable structure for conversations that convert with integrity. This training helps coaches boost both their confidence and their client results, leading to greater impact in every area of their practice. 

This training is specifically tailored for coaches who want to sell coaching services. Most coaches think they need to go into a different persona or identity when they're selling, and they feel uncomfortable in a selling identity. What they're taught during this training is that they need to stay in a coaching identity and use coaching tools in order to create a higher level of conversion. They are not selling. They are actually coaching, and their good coaching results in the client enrollment. With Chris's I-HELP Selling System, they are coached through the decision, rather than sold through the decision. The training will support the coach's skill development in working with clients on the enrollment call.
 
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Apply a five-step enrollment framework in order to conduct coaching-based sales conversations that feel natural, authentic, and aligned.
  • Analyze common mindset barriers around selling in order to identify and replace limiting beliefs that create discomfort or resistance in enrollment conversations.
  • Apply existing coaching skills, such as powerful questioning and active listening, in order to build deeper trust and connection during enrollment discussions.
  • Evaluate research-backed data on timing and conversion trends in order to make more strategic decisions about when to hold enrollment conversations.
  • Incorporate confidence and authenticity into enrollment conversations in order to increase both conversion and impact.
