About this event
Life is tricky, and we don't know when emergencies will happen. Let's talk about ways you can prepare now for when the unexpected happens.
We could all share a story of someone who was gone too soon, or an emergency that made it impossible for someone to come back to their business. But what happens then? Who can be appointed to step in to cover or help transition clients into someone else’s care so that they have continuity of support? Sarah will give us critical steps to take right now to make sure that things won’t completely fall apart without us, and that our clients continue to get the support they need.
We’ll address three main areas: Caring for Clients, Money Matters, and Important Information. Each coach will leave with steps they can take immediately to start to protect the legacy of their business and continuity of care for their clients.
Sarah Kendrick recognized the profound need for support during the bereavement process after assisting her family following her grandmother’s passing. So in 2020, she created RHEA Services to help others carry on their loved one’s legacy. Her work helping clients with estate closures showed her another need—the importance of gathering essential information and processes in advance.
Now, RHEA Services also offers three comprehensive books and streamlined pre-planning support tailored to assist Families, Small Business Owners, and Caregivers in proactively collecting and organizing necessary information to avoid the frantic search for critical details during difficult times.
